You knew it had to happen—the follow-up to the easy chicken pot pie are these beef pot pies. It took me a few turns at this before I got the recipe right, but I know you will love this. As for making them minis, well I knew from the onset I would make them this way after seeing these.

How to make pizza crust

We are all about quick and easy meals in our home, and pizza is no exception. Along with being easy & fun to make and inexpensive to construct, it’s like a blank canvas that allows me to create an endless variety according to our mood or what we have on hand.

And it is so fun getting the kids in the kitchen to help! While they aren’t totally into making the dough, they do love to make their own personal pizzas—which of course always makes for a fun dinner and one that guarantees it will be consumed by the mouthfuls.

My obsession for throwing a fried egg on everything continues. This Power Breakfast baked potato is totally legit, and a face-stuffer—and if that isn’t enough, I also had to make a Meat Lovers baked potato and a Pulled Pork baked potato.
