Yield: Serves 6-8
Chili Cheese Pull Apart Bread
Ingredients
1 lb. bread
12 tablespoons butter, softened
1/4 cup of finely chopped green onions, about 3 stalks
16. oz sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups chili
Instructions
Preparation: Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Slice bread diagonally, making sure not to cut through. Butter each slice on both sides. Turn bread and cut diagonally going the opposite way to create a cross hatch design. Stuff the cuts, cracks and crevices with cheese. Don't worry about being neat. Transfer chili to a plastic bag and pipe into openings. Again, don't worry about being neat. Wrap tightly with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and return bread back to oven and bake for another 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted through.

Welcome to the wonderful world of video Matt! I’m actually shooting today and wish i had 4 of these breads to keep me going. THAT CHEESE THOUGH! Pinned!
Why isn’t there a Pinterest share button? I would think your site would have one since you have a Pinterest account. I’ve even looked on the desktop site. Or am I blind?
For a first time video, it was good. Appreciate speeding up the repetitive parts like cutting and stuffing the bread. Agree with another viewer that the text font needs to be a bit darker. On a couple of scenes, I did not notice it until the scene was almost over. Might want to end with a reminder of your site’s name. Overall, very watchable and a good recipe too. Looking forward to making it.
Nice job Matt, way to go with venturing into videos. I’d mention your site at the end for more awareness and branding. Dig the chili insert! #WolfPackLegitSnack
