The Dad’s Guide to Pregame Fuel and Post-Game Restore

Parenting all on its own has challenges, but throw coaching into the mix, and you’re juggling a lot. There’s always something to prep for between plays, practices, and playtime. And prep isn’t just about strategies – it’s ensuring the boys have the energy they need before and after the game. That’s where Crystal Creamery milk comes in; it’s a game-changer in our sports nutrition.

Milk isn’t just a beverage to us; it’s a nutrition staple. Mornings? It’s our quick breakfast fix. Lunchtime? A nutrient-packed choice. And let’s remember its starring role in the Tropical Bliss Smoothies and Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein shakes you see here. These shakes aren’t just tasty – they’re power-packed. I love that milk’s B vitamins turn food into energy, and its protein helps build muscle. My secret is ensuring the kids stay fueled on and off the field.

Crystal Creamery’s great-tasting milk is backed by an impressive 120+ years of experience and working with California family farmers who prioritize the care of their cows above everything else. As a coach and dad, I value companies like Crystal Creamery. They’re about more than just milk. Beyond their mission to nourish families everywhere – from government food banks to the WIC program, they are deeply committed to helping youth athletics through sponsoring local teams, and as a long-standing sponsor of California Interscholastic Federation (CIF).

I love it when companies that taste good do good as well. That said, you don’t need a jersey or a game plan to dive into these smoothie recipes. In fact, whether you need a morning kickstart, midday boost, evening wind-down, or all of the above, these smoothies are a drink for any moment. Who’s ready to get blending?

Before you do, one last thing…my friends at Crystal Creamery are hosting a $500 giveaway! Check out the giveaway link for the scoop, and take advantage of the official rules right here.

Life as a dad is a rollercoaster of joy, challenges, and cherished memories. While my smoothie recipes might not guarantee a win on the field, you can’t go wrong with these tasty protein-packed smoothies. Cheers to Crystal Creamery, the unsung hero in my family’s nutrition.
