We are pretty much at peak strawberry season and in the midst of hot humid summer days, so naturally I’m all about popsicles lately. And not just any ol’ popsicle, but boozy, rum-filled strawberry popsicles with a ripple of kiwi.
Of course, if you want to skip the rum by all means these will be just as good. In fact, in my home, we make both—boozy and kid friendly. We mark the kid friendly ones a simple happy face on the stick.
