Summer time pops never get old, especially when you live in Southern California when produce at this time of year is so bountiful.

But more importantly, they keep my kids snack-filled on something healthy.
Speaking of kids, I’m keeping this short, because they are pulling at me now to go swimming . . . again. How can I say no? We have less than a month before school starts, so I’m trying to get in as much kid activity before they start another year of being closer to leaving home. Wah.

Thankfully when we are done there will be freezer full of these, because it will buy me just enough quiet time as they lick their popsicles for me to catch my breathe.
