Ready Made Dinner with Ling Ling

**This post is made in collaboration with Ling Ling Asian Kitchen.  All content, ideas, and words are my own.**

Now that the kids are back in school and with two kids in multiple sports, dinner can be a challenge on some nights. For those nights I skip from-scratch meals for a tour of Asian Cuisines with for Ling Ling meals.

My kids love it and I can feel good about serving them anything from: Thai-Style Drunken Noodles with Chicken, Spicy Miso Chicken, Tokyo Style Ramen, Japanese Style Yakitori, Chicken Fried Rice and Potstickers. Their dishes are made with simple ingredients and never contain, additives, preservatives, artificial colors or flavors. And just as equally important is saving what would have been the time in the kitchen for time at the table connecting with Naomi and the boys.

The kids especially enjoy it because they get to do a little tour of Asian food, which always inevitably leads us to talks of travel to far away places like Japan. A place that is one of their top choices to travel in the next year. Nothing beats nourishing them while stoking their imagination and wanderlust. It’s a win-win kind of dinner!

Here’s to more meals like this—one’s that help us gather and spend more time together and enjoy each other with less time prepping and cleaning.

Delicious looking dinner Matt! So many fabulous options. I’ll need to look for these meals the next time I’m at my market!

  • We love Chinese food, unfortunately it’s mostly take-out that finds its way to our table. I’ve gotta get going and make this stuff at home. What a yummy spread!
