Rainbow Popsicles

**This post is in partnership with Bolthouse Farms.

Spring is here and I’m already jumping into popsicles. These Rainbow Popsicles are made with Bolthouse Farms new B Balanced Smoothies. They are my new go-to bottled smoothies. They taste great and contain 50% less sugar compared to leading 100% juice smoothies.

It’s a win-win, even more so when I layer them into a rainbow pop. My boys love working their way through all the flavors and I love that I now have another way to work these smoothies into their breakfast routine.

To make these, you can use any combination of the Bolthouse Farms B Balanced Smoothies. For the ones you see here, I used: Berry, Strawberry Banana, Sweet Green, Tropical and Vanilla. Add your first smoothie layer into the popsicle mold, and freeze until solid. Repeat with each smoothie flavor until you have a full popsicle.

The Vanilla is part of the B Strong Protein line for a little added boost. Much like the B Balanced Smoothie line, the Protein line also has a reduction in sugar – it contains 70% lower sugar compared to the leading refrigerated protein drink. My favorite part of the protein line is the 16g of protein, just enough to get me through my morning routine.

While I’m talking about the Bolthouse Farms line of products, I want to quickly mention two things: (1) I’m doing an Instagram takeover on @BolthouseFarms channel, so follow for fun recipes and a behind-the-scenes peek as I work through a few of their products. (2) You definitely want to make sure you do point #1 because I’m sharing a killer recipe that utilizes their Avocado Green Goddess yogurt dressing that’s artificial preservative free and made with no artificial flavors.

Now that you are in the know, I’ll see you over on Instagram.
