Oreo Pudding Pops

It’s National Oreo Day today! One of my favorite days of the year. I first made these Oreo Pudding Pops close to two years ago and they are still the most requested treat in my home. And when they aren’t requested and I can think ahead, they are on freeze for when someone needs a bit of good cheer.

Although when I have one, I’m always reminded that I created these for Cole when his world was upside down after losing his goldfish and coming home from school with a black eye.

Fast forward two years and he’s still just as sensitive and accident prone. I’m sure he will grow out of that soon. For now and hopefully, for a great deal longer, he’ll stay that joyful kid who tells me I’m his best friend.
