How To Keep Your Super Bowl Party Fresh

**This post is made in collaboration with Febreze.  All content, ideas, and words are my own.**

If your home is anything like mine when it comes to the Super Bowl, then you know the food and entertaining is nearly as important as the game.

With that, let’s talk about the thing that most of us don’t want to talk about and maybe don’t always think about in advance: how to keep the stink at bay.  You know what I’m talking about, the smelly food, that friend. .  . you know that friend, like the one in this video below featuring Terrell Owens.

Now that you’ve seen the video. You know what to do: Make sure that Febreze AIR makes its way into your Super Bowl party prep. It’ll keep every thing and every moment fresh.

While you are at it, here’s a list of the top 5 things every good Super Bowl party has. Take note, get shopping and let’s do this!

  1. Refer to the first few paragraphs above and don’t forget the Febreze to keep it fresh! Get a few – one for the kitchen when you’re done cooking, one for the house to spray prior to guests arriving and one for the bathroom to keep the party fresh.
  2. Drinks: Make sure nobody goes thirsty, so don’t forget to make sure there is a selection for everyone. That includes non-alcoholic and kiddo sips as well.
  3. Food: It goes without saying, don’t run out, but again variety is key here, so be thoughtful and know your crowd. Make sure there is something for everyone.
  4. Set-up: My best advice on this, set-up food stations so there’s not a big bottle neck or line as everyone fills their plate, ie. dessert and drinks in one area, appetizers in another and main dishes elsewhere. And make sure that each station can be accessed by all sides to keep everyone moving.
  5. Halftime: Make sure you have activities for those who don’t want to watch the halftime show. This one is easy for me, because I usually go outside and throw the ball around with the boys and my brother, while Naomi and a few others stay inside and watch the show and commercials.

Now that we have the party planning handled, who else is cheering on the Rams to win it all?
