Halloween Bark

October 8, 2020 by Matt Robinson 1 Comment

Halloween Bark ~ A holiday dessert comprised of melted chocolate on top of graham crackers and finished with candy, pretzels and sprinkles.

Never mind that this is the kind of sprinkle-heavy treat that will rip apart the roof your mouth. That’s what happens when you have a 6-year-old in charge of making it. Like his mom, he has a heavy hand when it comes to sprinkles.

I didn’t stop him, especially since I still haven’t told him that Halloween has been cancelled. He’s going to be heartbroken. First his birthday, now his favorite holiday–2020 has been tough.

The upside is, I’ll have fun treats like this and activities to make what will be a different type of Halloween a fun event.

Since most of us will not be able to trick or treat, I’ll be rolling out a few more fun Halloween treats and crafts to do with your kids. Stay tuned!

For now here are few treats you can bookmark that are kid friendly: Spider Web Brownie Bites, Halloween Jello Shots (sans the alcohol for kids!), Monster Mash Muddy Buddy.

Such a bummer for the kids Matt. This bark will definitely make things a bit better though! Looks so fun!
