Fruity Granitas

Summer may not be here just yet, but don’t wait for those hot, sweaty days to enjoy these fruity granitas. They are easy to make and made easier with a little infusion from Bai5.

Yes, that’s right, skip the simple syrup for a little all natural juice, then throw it in the blender and ba-zing—done!

Of course you can get crazy by mixing and matching fruit, then really go nuts by swapping in any other of the Bai5 antioxidant infusions. But for this post, and for the baby, I kept it simple and didn’t mix and match too much. As you can imagine, the baby loved this, as did the rest of the family.

I love it when I can make something the family goes crazy for, and it’s easy as puree, freeze and scrape. Although, I’m thinking boozy granitas is the next step.

Agree? Stay tuned.
