Layered Tropical Smoothies | Real Food by Dad

Food and fitness is a constant around here. You all know I’m not one to deprive my diet in any way. I’m all about balance, so while I can put it away one day, the next day I’m usually doing something like these smoothies to lighten things up.

Amd when it comes to fitness—well, that’s an everyday work in progress. To help me along with that I’m using Jawbone’s UP MOVE—an affordable fitness device tracker that also includes sleep tracking, food logging and a smart coach.

Its convenient, compact design allows it to be worn as a wristlet or as a clip-on. To stay on top of your progress, the device wirelessly syncs with any IOS or Android device and it easily displays daily goal progress to get you over any hump or keep you moving on your path.

My favorite part of the whole device, other than the tracking, is the easy-to-read interface of the app. Nothing cluttered, no information overload, it’s nice and clean even when reading on my mobile device. The notifications are great and keep me moving forward on my fitness path.

Below is a screen cap of the Smart Coach. The Smart Coach hones in on my habits and helps to track when I’m most activate – a great thing when I’m working on either shifting or developing new and old habits for more productivity.
