Honey Berry Tom Collins

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Bee Harmony Honey. The opinions and text are all mine.

Honey Berry Tom Collins ~ This is your classic Tom Collins with a summer riff. To punch up the summer vibes, this riff is made with muddled mixed berries, a hint of mint, and the traditional simple syrup swapped out for Bee Harmony Orange Blossom Honey.

Everyone needs an easy summer sip like this, and if you prefer, you can make it mocktail by omitting the gin. Whatever you do, don’t leave out the Bee Harmony Orange Blossom Honey. It pulls the drink together by adding the needed sweetness, while giving it a clean floral finish.

Along with that, Bee Harmony Honey is a premium raw honey that is handcrafted and harvested the way nature intended: using responsible practices that respect the environment. An issue close to my heart since I’ve been teaching my kids the important role bees play in our food supply and keeping nature well balanced. Bees pollinate our fields, orchards and gardens — providing nearly one-third of the food we eat. We can’t afford to have them not be well taken care of.
